1. Law Enforcement
Graduates are able to demonstrate integrity, ethics, and a spirit of diversity in law enforcement (CPL 1), analyze and interpret legal cases based on theory and positive law for case resolution (CPL 6), present legal arguments orally and in writing in the context of litigation and non-litigation (CPL 7), as well as prepare accurate and logical legal documents and case reports in accordance with professional standards (CPL 8).
Professions: Judge, Prosecutor, Police Officer, Lawyer, Mediator, Arbitrator.
2 Legal Practitioner
Graduates are able to uphold moral values and justice in legal services (CPL 1), apply technical procedures for resolving legal issues in a contextual manner (CPL 3), develop professional networks and global competitiveness with a legal entrepreneurship approach (CPL 5), as well as negotiate and communicate effectively with clients and relevant institutions in legal practice (CPL 7).
Profession: Lawyer, Notary, Legal Consultant, In-House Lawyer, Curator, Corporate Lawyer, Contract Draftsman, Legal Document Draftsman, Legal Officer, Legal Auditor, NGO.
3. Legal Scholar
Graduates demonstrate a commitment to lifelong learning with academic integrity (CPL 1), mastery of basic legal theories and concepts for education and research (CPL 2), the ability to think critically and systematically in analyzing legal issues (CPL 4), and the ability to produce legal scientific works that meet academic and research ethics standards (CPL 8).
Profession: Lecturer, Researcher.
4. Legal Bureaucrats
Graduates are able to carry out public legal services with noble character and social responsibility (CPL 1), master legal principles and norms in the formulation and harmonization of public policy (CPL 2), conduct objective and systematic legal studies as a basis for decision making (CPL 4), and convey legal information and policies persuasively and communicatively to the public and relevant agencies (CPL 7).
