It is a student organization engaged in education and literacy related to the capital market, especially for law students. KSPM FH Untan serves as a forum for learning and service that aims to improve students’ literacy and understanding of the capital market, both from a legal perspective and investment practices. As a research institution, KSPM FH Untan actively organizes various activities, such as scientific discussions, seminars, workshops, capital market education classes, and stock trading simulations. Through these programs, students not only gain theoretical understanding of capital market regulations and instruments, but also practical experience that is useful in facing the world of work.
KSPM FH Untan also acts as a bridge between the academic world and the financial and capital market industries by collaborating with the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), securities companies, and other related institutions. As such, KSPM FH Untan is expected to produce a generation of students who are critical, innovative, and ready to contribute to the development of the capital market in Indonesia, particularly from a legal perspective.
