VISION OF THE STUDY PROGRAM
Producing bachelor graduates in the field of legal studies, with a focus on border area issues and local wisdom, who are excellent, virtuous, and internationally competitive, grounded in the values of Pancasila.
PROGRAM LEARNING OUTCOME (PLO)
The European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI)—also referred to internationally as the Indonesian Qualifications Framework (IQF)—serve as equivalent and harmonized competency frameworks that ensure the quality of higher education graduates. Both frameworks regulate learning outcomes across three main domains: knowledge, skills, and attitudes with responsibility and autonomy. EQF Level 6 and IQF Level 6 are equivalent in terms of learning outcomes. The Graduate Learning Outcomes (PLOs) of the Bachelor of Laws Program consist of eight core formulations that have been designed in accordance with the Indonesian Qualifications Framework (KKNI/IQF) Level 6, which is equivalent to Level 6 of the European Qualifications Framework (EQF). Accordingly, graduates are expected to be able to apply knowledge, analyze, solve complex problems, and take responsibility for work or learning independently as well as in teams, thereby ensuring that the competencies of Bachelor of Laws graduates at UNTAN are recognized both nationally and internationally.
